Documents to be brought by secondary level teachers without ICT training to attend the 15-day Basic ICT Training for Teachers training course:

1. Clearance/certification letter from the head of the institution.

2. 2 copies of passport size color photographs.

3. Photocopy of voter ID card.

4. Photocopy of the certificate of completion of the last degree (e.g. Honors/Masters).
